Q: If I order today when will I get my pieces?

A: That is a great question! We love this question! Be Well Boutique offers products from a wide variety of suppliers not just our own warehouse in Missouri, so we have made it a little easier for you to anticipate when products will arrive. We've added the approximate ship time at the bottom of each piece description. 

 

Q: Where are you located?

A: Be Well Boutique Online is an online boutique but our Missouri operating base is at our Parent Company location, B-W Graphics, Inc. in Versailles, Missouri. So if you call us you'll get B-W Graphics but we are one in the same.

 

Q: What if I don't like the piece I purchased?

A: Be Well Boutiques main goal is to delight our customers with their pieces so if you are unhappy with your piece here is our refund policy: Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

 

Q: How often do you add new pieces?

A: Be Well Boutique adds new items daily so be sure to continue to check back with us so you don't miss something! 

 

Q: What if I have a question that isn't listed on your FAQs page?

A: Feel free to contact us via email sales@bewellboutiqueonline.com or give us a call at B-W Graphics,our parent company, 573-378-6363. We are happy to help but remember, our normal business hours are Monday - Friday 8:00 am - 5:00 pm CST.
